One-Year Warranty Products | Hardware

For products under a one-year warranty, Scona Displays will, at its discretion, replace any items that experience defects in materials or workmanship within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Thiswarranty applies to the following products:

  • Dye-Sublimated Fabric Graphics
  • Case Zippers and Latches
  • Connectors
  • Plastic Parts

Two-Year Warranty Products | Hardware

Scona Displays provides a comprehensive two-year warranty on select products, covering defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. The products eligible for this warranty include:

  • Canopy Tent Frames
  • Banners
  • Table Covers
  • Umbrellas
  • Inflatable Products
  • Pop-Up A-Frame Banners
  • Pole Arch Gates
  • Custom Flag Banners
  • A-Signs Display
  • Custom Barrier Cover

What Is Not Covered

  1. Damage from External Factors: Damage due to shipment losses, vandalism, theft, fire, or natural disasters should be addressed through insurance or common carrier claims before contacting Scona Displays.
  2. Shipping Case Damage: Damage to shipping cases is not covered under the warranty. Any damage during transit should be claimed directly with the carrier. Replacement cases can be ordered from Scona Displays after claim settlement.
  3. Rollable Graphic Panel Damage: Damage to rollable graphic panels due to mishandling, outdoor exposure, extreme temperatures, improper packing, shipping, over-rolling, folding, piercing, or creasing is not covered.
  4. Printed Fabric Damage: Damage to printed fabrics resulting from mishandling, outdoor use, repacking errors, abrasion, tearing, or shipping damage is not covered.
  5. Economic Losses: Economic losses, such as personal time and inconvenience, are not covered.
  6. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping to Scona Displays is not covered. However, outbound shipping for replacement products will be covered via FedEx Express.
