**Graphics & Customized Products**

Customized product orders do not apply to the return policy stated above. Customized items include, but are not limited to, any graphics, customizable color panels, flooring, or special-order items. These items cannot be returned.

All graphics and customized product order disputes must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of merchandise. Discrepancies between approved online proofs and received merchandise must be claimed in writing within this period and directed to Support@SconaDisplays.com. Claims made after five (5) business days from receipt of merchandise will not be honored.

All printed graphics orders must be handled carefully to avoid delamination, creasing, and/or wrinkling, for which Scona Displays accepts no responsibility. For proper graphic care instructions, please contact a Scona Displays representative.

All graphics purchases from Scona Displays are final sales with no warranty or refund period. For return questions, please refer to the Return Policy above. If you have any questions about product return eligibility, please call to speak with a Scona Displays representative.

**Change Orders & Order Cancellations**

All change orders must be made in writing to SconaDisplays.com. Verbal change orders will not be accepted. Change orders include, but are not limited to, changes in shipping addresses, order timeframes, or products purchased. Additional charges or refunds may apply. Change orders may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the retail value of the goods. Payments for change orders must be paid in full for the changes to be processed.

Order cancellations must be made in writing to SconaDisplays.com. If an order is canceled after placement, it may be subject to cancellation charges deducted from the refunded amount. If an order is completed and shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Order cancellations may incur a restocking fee of up to 75% of the retail value of the goods. Restocking fees apply to situations such as customized graphics in production or products pulled from stock shelves to fulfill orders.

**Damages**

This site may include technical mistakes, inaccuracies, or typographical errors. Scona Displays may change the materials and services on this site, including product prices and descriptions, at any time without notice. Materials or services may be out of date, and Scona Displays does not commit to updating them.

Scona Displays assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in information, documents, software, materials, and/or services referenced or linked to this site. References to other corporations, their services, and products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

In no event shall Scona Displays or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or any linked site, even if Scona Displays has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Downloading or acquiring materials through the site is done at your discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data. No advice or information obtained from Scona Displays creates any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

This site contains links to third-party websites not under Scona Displays’ control. Scona Displays is not responsible for the content or accuracy of information on these sites. Accessing these sites is at your own risk. The inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement by Scona Displays.

Materials and services on this site are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may violate these laws. Scona Displays and its suppliers do not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information.

**Governing Law and Jurisdiction**

This site is controlled by Scona Displays from its headquarters in Alberta, Canada. By accessing this site, you agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of this site shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Accessing this site from other locations is your responsibility for compliance with local laws.

**Trademarks**

Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on this site are the property of Scona Displays or other third parties. Use of these marks requires prior written consent from Scona Displays or the third-party owner.

**Shipping Policy**

Scona Displays is not liable for shipping delays. Lead or delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Scona Displays is not liable for third-party carrier delays. Claims must be processed directly with the carrier.

Scona Displays will honor its return policy for products not received in the expected timeframe if the delay is due to Scona Displays. No refund will be given if the shipment was sent on the specified date but delayed by the carrier. Scona Displays will upgrade shipping at no cost if the delay is our fault. No refund of shipping costs will be provided for carrier delays. Claims must be opened with the carrier for any refunds.

International shipments may incur additional fees such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the client’s responsibility. If these fees are charged to Scona Displays, they will be billed to the client, and the credit card used for the order will be charged.

**Limitation of Liability**

Scona Displays shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

– The use or inability to use the site
– The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services
– Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
– Statements or conduct of any third party on the site
– Any other matter relating to the site

In no event will Scona Displays be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, information, or transactions provided on the service, or downloaded from the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
