Return Policy

**General Policy**

All return or refund requests for Scona Displays products must be made within five (5) business days of the receipt date to be eligible for a full refund, except for the products listed under “Product Exceptions to Return Policy.” Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within ten (10) business days of the return request, with no exceptions. All returned merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging, including manuals, accessories, cables, etc., with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number printed on the outside of the package.

To return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email Support@SconaDisplays.com to obtain an RMA number from a Scona Displays representative.

Scona Displays is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Scona Displays cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt. We recommend using a delivery service that can be tracked and/or insured.

**Product Exceptions to Return Policy**

Customized product orders do not qualify for the return policy stated above. Customized items include, but are not limited to, any graphics, customizable color panels, flooring, or special-order items. Customized items are non-returnable. If there is any question about whether a product can be returned, please call 1-877-663-4181 and ask a Scona Displays representative.

**Replacement Guarantee**

Scona Displays reserves the right to upgrade to a newer version for a returned product at our discretion. Please direct questions regarding replacement to our team via email at Support@SconaDisplays.com, along with images of the issue. Upon review of your images, Scona Displays may require the return of merchandise at our discretion and cost. The warranty timelines for our products are as follows:

– Table Covers: 2 years
